At work, we have Monday Serendipity Sessions. Just a session where one of us will present or get us to do something to evolve skills, discuss design or anything, just a breath-taker. But we always end up talking about art versus design and artist versus designer. How do you define one or the other?Bucky was totally ahead of his time on this one. I wonder, if he could have seen what design meant today, would even he have been surprised.We know this going into design school, and then it gets beaten out of us. Now that I’m working, I find it slowly coming back.
